Excellent access to Old Town Florence! Bridge traffic noise is bothersome, close windows to reduce noise which eliminates cooling breeze ventilation. EV charging should be 'free' @ room pricing, requires J-1772 charging plug. Overall pricing is high if Old-Town Florence is not your priority.

Definitely shows its age- they seem to be fixing it up in some areas. Location is convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. People are very nice and helpful. Picture is deceiving as to appearance. Do not see river unless you pay more for a River view room. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Same every day. Had hoped for a nicer array. Again kudos to nice people. Hotel is “squeezed in” between other buildings. But did enjoy we could walk to restaurants and shops

Sarah was awesome! She helped us get a room when we arrived a day early, unbeknown to us. Sorry about that. She also came to our room quickly when I told her our sink had been clogged all day, when if fact the stopper was simply not out all the way to let water drain. She was always super friendly and helpful! I cant say enough about her and the whole hotel so thank you and for your hospitaliity! Mitch, room 239

We stayed one night during our travel down the coast. The view of the water and bridge was nice, although there is traffic noise from the bridge. You are able to walk up the block and enjoy the oldest area and marina in Florence.

I love that it is right on the river just look out your door and the rivers right there. Our room was clean and nice. Would definitely stay there again

Florence OR is lovely. Very nicely planned art galleries. Large room. Great river view. Rooms did not have air-conditioning, but there was fan and the night cool.. Check the weather before you go.

When I booked I thought all rooms had river view and that was not the case when we arrived. We had the parking lot view which was disappointing. Also the room price showed as $152 on Expedia and I had some points I was using but at the end I was charged $189 for the room. I have been trying to email Expedia but it's hard to find the email address for support!!! I used hotels website for the rest of our road trip last week as using the app was a total miss.

I think they should mention that there is no air conditioning in their rooms. I would not have booked one of their rooms in the summer knowing we would not have air conditioning.
