Be forewarned, this is a timeshare property, so they will make several attempts to entice you into a timeshare presentation and high pressure sales by offering some incentives (like a heavily discounted stay or free shows). What we liked: Plenty of resort activities (movies, game nights, snack carts, tours, etc.), multiple swimming pools and hot tubs (both indoor and outdoor). We didn't take advantage of any of them but it was good to know they were available if we wanted to partake. I was impressed with the very quick, responsive and helpful text concierge service. Spacious rooms with apartment style living (including washer and dryer in-room!). Great location, very close to attractions, shopping and restaurants. What we didn't like: Although the rooms, lobby, amenity areas and landscaping were reasonably well kept up, the building exteriors, walkways and stairwells had spiderwebs and dead bugs everywhere. Do the grounds staff not have cobweb dusters and blowers? The HVAC system in the room is very loud, disrupting our sleep every time it came on in the middle of the night. Overall, it was OK but I'd probably stay at a different hotel/resort next time we're in town.
