    "Love the fact that it was walking distance from the street of attractions. This place is under new management and needs updating in many ways. Televisions were very small. Staff very nice but kind of pushy trying to get me into a timeshare. Once I say no thank you, that’s what I mean. Also there is a curfew time too."

    "Perfect for those who want the amazing Smoky Mountain views with modern, updated accommodations. A rustic stay isn't my cup of tea so I was beyond happy with my stay here. The hotel staff were courteous, the room and view were beautiful, and the location was just at the end of main street so a lot of attractions/stores/entertainment were in close proximity and quite walkable. Highly reco this property and I'll look for other IHG properties in future."
