8/10 Very good! (1,008 reviews)
Front staff member, Reese, was very helpful and knowledgeable of the property. We chose the property because there was a full service restaurant, which we used and enjoyed. The German menu was authentic and done well. The property is older and in need of TLC. We heard our neighbor’s conversation s and their oft slamming of the door. There is a need for weather stripping on room 3313, towel bar and adjustment of the sink water stop. The road noise was constant, not a fault of the hotel, but the three lane road leading to the National park is busy.

Loved the shuttles, staff, food and the property was very clean. Everyone was so friendly and the location was great. We had an issue with our remote control, we made a call and went to dinner. It was fixed when we returned. The maintenance person left a note about the repair and all was well. I definitely recommend this place.

Hot water was not working well. Bath water was luke warm to cold. Went to our room we did not have any washcloths. We called and did receive them. We were checking in and then got our discount ticket vouchers. Don't waste your time with this you have to sit for a timeshare presentation. We sat for our timeshare experience for 3 hours. Then the percentage rate to purchase the property was 17.99%.with high pressure sales. Just buy the tickets at full price that will be better then losing your valuable time looking at timeshare properties that you could otherwise be enjoying your stay.
