Okanagan Lake Bridge Tours and Activities

We booked a room for our family and were put in the DUNGEON near the pool where there were huge groups of kids yelling, no windows. The room was dark, had old food in the fridge, smears on the bathroom counters, dirty mirrors, smarties on the floor and a stain on the sheet. We told the front staff and they changed our room to the tower building PH suite. We really thought this would be better. It was still extremely dirty, smears of foundation on the bathroom counter, yellow stains on the shower curtain, smears of brown on the kitchen counters and dried white crusty “stuff” on the carpet. We made it through the night and the next day we left for the afternoon. We thought house keeping would come, but we got back and nobody had come. We had no towels left to bathe our children so i called down to the front desk. I asked them for some towels but they said “you didn't put your sign on the door and we will get you towels when they are out of the dryer.” I went to the front after they didn't show up, told them we didn't have a housekeeping sign to put up and asked for towels. They said they didn't have towels because they cant keep up with all the kids in the pool. We finally got towels delivered. We made it through another night, but would NOT choose this hotel again. The staff were very nice to give us a new room but they have some serious cleaning issues.
