"We had everything we needed for our short stay between the ferry and the camp site. Comfy beds, Netflix on the TV, large fridge for all out cold goods.The VRBO is located in a beautiful residential area. There are wonderful views from the street. We need up parking on the street as all off street parking was full.Thank you for hosting us."

"Aside from the no-contact check-in policy (a major hassle) The Spot exceeded expectations . The location is a bit grotty—but then, this is Nanaimo!—but the property was clean, the staff lovely and the rooms simple but clean. The aid conditioning was a bit noisy but overall good value for a decent price."

"Room was quite large from what we were expecting, it was very clean. Location was great if you’re coming off the ferry from tsawwassen. The staff were super friendly and nice & gave many recommendations around the area for places to see and things to do/eat. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub facilities. The breakfast was a let down but what you’d expect. Wifi was iffy but no big deal. I would stay again if i’m in the area"

"The hotel is in need of some upgrades but overall it was good. The tub in the bathroom dripped constantly, we advised the front desk so hopefully the next people in the room won’t have that issue. The breakfast was very poor with very limited options."
