"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"When we arrived at the property my husband thought it looked like the wrong place and had been abandoned for a long time because the grounds are not kept up well. Once inside it is very clean and nice. The balcony overlooks the mountains and valley. There are cute sheep & goats with bells near by who will greet you if you're walking into to town. "The apartment is in a very convenient location- about 5 minutes walk from Interlaken West. There are a plethora of good restaurants within a few minutes' walk as well. Everything about the apartment was as advertised. The pictures are very representative of the apartment. Hot water and water pressure were both good, and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in was easy, Glen provided clear instructions. The apartment was very clean. Be aware that there is some noise from the number of restaurants...

Juliet was very attentive and responded to my communication promptly (even shipped a new toaster when she found out ours wasn’t working). "I stayed with my family for four nights in this beautiful property. The check-in process was easy and the responsiveness from the hosts was fantastic. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice to have a bus stop right out the front door. Our only complaint was not having blackout curtains on the windows. "Barbara's chalet was amazing! The view from the the porch is breathtaking. Barbara and her husband were extremely friendly and attentive. We stayed in the chalet for 4 weeks and loved every minute of it! The walk up from the train station is pretty steep and was quite the cardio workout, but after a few days we got the hang of it. The chalet is off the beaten path and has very little vehicle traffic so it was a very peaceful vacation. We loved every minute of it!"

Beds and bedding are comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked, and bathroom has ample counter space and fluffy towels. "You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows.
