Decent price. Very difficult to find. Poorly communicated instructions.Check in process was fine. was quite warm, and there is no A/C in virtually any lodging in Switzerland. Tried to leave the windows open but the flies were crazy. Asked about fans which were not available. Very little available to help with cooking. No oils, not much for spices, etc. We did some of ourown cooking, which involved buying everything ourselves. The bedding of the queen bed was crazy hot. Europeans do not use a top sheet, but often a sheet to cover the mattress. Our bed in this unit had what felt like a bath towel over the mattress, and 1 down comforter on top. Very uncomfortable and very hot.If you THINK there may be anyone staying in your unit from the US, why not make a top and bottom sheet available? The towels looked like they have been used for years. In all, decent place, but owner appears to place zero effort in this place, aside from cleaning. And location requiring navigating a bus to, from Grindelwald further complicates things. Decent place, but I'd stay somewhere closer to the train station if I stayed in Grindelwald again. ##### Steven B. The apartment is very well equipped. Nothing is missing. The view out of the window is amazing. The garage parking space is unfortunately too small for slightly larger cars, the public parking lots nearby are very expensive. As such, it is away from the nutty tourist centre and the views are fantastic. The local bus service is super efficient and a brilliant way to get to the top if you do not want to hike the slope up.
