"No hot water in the room "

"The view from my 22nd floor room was great, the breakfast buffet was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. There is one thing that could be improved, however. When I got in I was desperate for a caffeine fix. I do not drink coffee, only tea. However, there was no tea bag with the coffee maker, only coffee. When I informed staff they said that I could get it at the bar. For $6.00. Normally I bring tea with me, had I done so this would not be an issue."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Palmer and I’ve loved it both times. Everything about the Palmer is top notch "

"The rooms didn’t have a microwave and a group of different people needed to use the communal one down stairs, other than that the stay was nice. The tub could use a little more scrubbing, but still clean."

"My experience at the Wade Hotel was very disappointing. First, I didn’t receive the room I originally requested. When I was moved to another room, it turned out to be even worse, so I had to return to the first one. The cleanliness was a major issue, the rooms were dirty and not well-maintained. To make things worse, there was no hot water for over a day. There was also no internet throughout my stay, and cellular service upstairs was extremely poor, especially with Verizon, making it difficult to make calls or stay connected. Additionally, basic amenities were missing. There was no complimentary water, and essentials like soap and shampoo were not provided, which is unacceptable for a hotel. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend staying here."
