"The hotel was nice and close to all you eateries and shopping. But the way the rooms are set up will drive you crazy and you will be doing a lot of walking to get there unless you’re close to the receptionist. Breakfast was excellent"

"The property was clean and quiet. The cookies at the front desk was amazing! I would recommend that they put a microwave in the room for convenience. We had to go to the first floor by the pool area to warm up our leftovers."

"Nice clean room rite outside downtown Chicago. If you don’t want to pay an outrageous price downtown this is your go to spot. Free parking available. Close to Chicago outlet malls also for easier shopping"
The Westin Chicago Northwest

"This is a great location near the airport and close to a Metra station. The staff here are very friendly and were great with instructions and communication. One thing to note is that they do host events and while we stayed there were two weddings going on which made it a little challenging to sleep with guests and hotel patrons returning to their rooms at early hours. The hotel does not have traditional hallways either so you can see the rooms as soon as you step off the elevator which can also get noisy as people are getting off. This was our experience as we were given a room right next to the elevator so unsure about the noise levels farther away from the elevators but something to keep in mind if you’re trying to get some sleep. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again and found this hotel to be perfect for our trip."

"The rooms were nice but a bit dated and needed to be cleaned up (like cleaning bathroom grout and repainting). Weirdly, the bathroom has no ac/heat so it got pretty hot and I'd imagine it gets cold in winter, but they do have a wall heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a pretty good stay with just minor improvements needed."
