We requested a first-floor room so we could easily go in and out with our dog and they made that happen. "A younger gal there was very nice but there is an older lady that was very rude yelling at my husband because he doesn’t understand English and her English wasn’t veey clear so at first I didn’t know why she was yelling until I told her to not yell at him and the no asked her to repeat what she needed from him because she was looking g at him directly so I know it him she was yelling at.. she was just very rude lady I would not go back there honestly!!"
