I also really appreciated to cold filtered water stations all over to refill our water bottles. I would definitely stay here again."

"This was our first time in Chicago and when I say me and my cousin had a wonderful trip it all started on the first guy we meet. He checked us in and was able to upgrade or room for our Anniversary ! The room was amazing , very spacious and beautiful views . Even for the balconies was closed it was still everything we expected and more . The staff is so nice and greets you ever time they see you. Anytime I needed anything within 2 mins there was there with it . This is The BEST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN. "
