Beautiful hotel! My Daughter and I spent a few days in Grand Bend, and this place made it feel like home away from home. The only comment is that the rooms located on the street side of the hotel get very noisy in the morning due to all of the transport trucks.

So many beautiful hidden gems on the property. Water features, gardens, lighting Dinner was absolutely delicious. I recommend the pork schnitzel and strawberries with cream. Also real coffee ! Great for couples Liz at the front desk was a treasure. We will be back !

Everything was perfect as usual! The staff members are always so friendly and accommodating. There were many restaurant options even during the winter. Will definitely be back!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel in London. It is very conveniently located downtown jack Astors right next-door the banquet new place right next-door to Jack Astor’s Molly Bloom’s five minute walk away. We walked to David’s bistro was about a 10-15 minute walk. The beds are very comfortable nice size room. Housekeeping came very late. The homemade cookies and hot beverages were a nice touch. The place in general felt homey with the nice staircase when you first come and and the couches to sit. I loved the view out my window of the trees and gardens. I loved the buffet breakfast option and the fact that it started early so I could still get to my conference on time. I love the Nespresso machine! And the muffins were very good. The room itself was very nice.

My boyfriend and I were in London for rock the park and stayed here for one night. The staff were very kind and welcoming, the area around was a nice neighborhood. It was about a 30 minute walk to the festival about 20 minutes from downtown. Breakfast was included, it was yummy. I would definitely recommend staying here

The stay was like an oasis away from the business of life. Had such a great stay. Thank you to the staff and hotel for being amazing. Will be staying again
