"Great stay, though brief. Arrived late and left early. Very tall spacious room with grand window and brick feature wall. One odd thing for us was the tub and shower both right there exposed in the room… okay for some peooke but not okay for others."

"One thing that could be improved is the shower in the washroom Room 327. There is no soap holder to put the soap bar (no ledge either). There is also nothing to hold on to while showering. To keep your balance while cleaning feet, a holding bar should be available. Oh and better Keurig use instruction would be great! Otherwise great stay and amazing breakfast!"

"He stayed one night at this all suites hotel and it was great. We love that the kids could go to sleep and we had a seating space to hang out after bed time. It was very clean and we felt safe and comfortable staying there. We will definately stay again next time we are in in london."
