Stay was great. Everyone loved the house and had great amenities. Bathroom downstairs was very modern and spacious. The kids loved having a movie night in the theatre room. Minutes drive to Main St. Tyler was a great host and communication was great. Fast response to all our groups questions. We were 5 families and enjoyed our weekend at Grand Bend.

Best stay ever
OMG. Close to town for those that enjoy it. Close to the Provincial Park for this that enjoy it. Immaculate. Price beach . . . those that complain about the walk are delusional. I personally walked with a 4 year old the whole way. Biked to the Pinery. Walked to Grand Bend. Sunsets, swimming, it doesn't get better. The place was clean, spacious and fully stocked. Loved it. We will be back, if they let us.

Once we arrived we felt welcome and at home, it was the perfect place for our family get-together. The accommodations were spacious, comfortable with a family in mind. The location was ideal, close to amities making it easy to get around and explore.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Wonderful rental
Perfect location - 15 minute walk to the beach and a 3 minute drive to the centre of Grand Bend.
Wonderful accommodation for 6 women (we each had our own bedroom) and lots of room for cooking, eating and playing games.
Host Tyler was easily available by texting and very accommodating.

Beautiful home, great location in Grand Bend!
My friends and I had an amazing time at the property Tyler! Thank you for the fast communication. The place itself was really nice, clean and updated with ample sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils etc. It really felt like a home away from home. The backyard was nice, with a fire pit, bar area, bbq and multiple sitting places including a screen in gazebo. Located in a great area, a short bike ride to the main strip. Ample parking for multiple vehicles. Bedrooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends, and would consider booking in the future if I return to the area.

Wonderful property
We just spent a week at Tyler's cottage and couldn't be happier with our choice.
The house has 6 good size bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It was perfect for our family.
Some other key items:
- The covered BBQ area came in handy on the days it rained
- the projector in the basement was a great treat for the little kids
- the walk to the private beach was great and the main Grand bend beach was only 10 min away by car
A great big Thank you to Tyler for sharing this wonderful property with us and responding to any of our questions very quickly.
We hope to rebook this cottage again.

Family week
The cottage is lovely and has 6 large bedrooms.
The location is convenient to lot of small towns for day trips , a winery and cider mill and many different beaches. As mentioned in other reviews there was definitely dampness in the lower areas, I mentioned it to the host and he was going to have the HRV settings looked at and adjusted.

Perfect getaway

We had a great time at Tyler's property in Grand Bend! It was such a luxury to have 6 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Our group was 7 adults and 1 child and so nice for everyone to have their own space. Long driveway with plenty of parking as well.
The walk to the beach was straightforward, and once there, just gorgeous! Not crowded or loud, and the water is sandy, perfect for swimming.
Tyler was very quick to reply to any questions we had, great experience communicating with him.
I lovely place to stay for a family vacation!
