The house has 6 good size bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It was perfect for our family. Some other key items: - The covered BBQ area came in handy on the days it rained - the projector in the basement was a great treat for the little kids - the walk to the private beach was great and the main Grand bend beach was only 10 min away by car A great big Thank you to Tyler for sharing this wonderful property with us and responding to any of our questions very quickly. The location is convenient to lot of small towns for day trips , a winery and cider mill and many different beaches. As mentioned in other reviews there was definitely dampness in the lower areas, I mentioned it to the host and he was going to have the HRV settings looked at and adjusted. ##### Lynda P. It was such a luxury to have 6 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Our group was 7 adults and 1 child and so nice for everyone to have their own space. Long driveway with plenty of parking as well. The walk to the beach was straightforward, and once there, just gorgeous! Not crowded or loud, and the water is sandy, perfect for swimming. Tyler was very quick to reply to any questions we had, great experience communicating with him.
