"I have stayed at this property previously when it was under another name, and found that the standards were still very high. Such helpful friendly staff throughout. It was our wedding anniversary and we were very well looked after with hospitality leaving us a little gift. I love staying here, and would thoroughly recommend it. Fresh omelettes made to orde in the morning, good air con in the rooms, central location"

"10/10 service and experience! We had access to the lounge and it was amazing so would definitely recommend! Breakfast had a good selection but my pancakes were a little bit dry! "

"The room was clean although quite small. If we lay down our large suitcase we couldnt open the room door. Getting into the shower was a little difficult as it was a smallish shower screen. "

"The staff here is helpful without being obsequious. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection is worth adding on. Its very good value especially if you want a central location near to museums and Hyde Park. "

"I was staying on the first floor - immediately next door was a railway line. Constant train noise through windows with minimal noise insulation lead to an almost sleepless night. I recomend rooms on the opposite side of the building."

"Overall a very good hotel. Lighting system in rooms very confusing. I would have liked lobby coffee in the morning and an earlier start to breakfast (currently 7 am). Breakfast buffet is good. Small hotel cafe mediocre at best."
