« The house was well equipped, modern and very clean. Smart tv and wifi was included. Very quiet location. Parking was a bit tricky in the dark. Nice garden which would be lovely in warmer weather. »

« We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is private, cosy and very comfortable. The view and surrounding countryside is stunning and so peaceful. It feels remote and far from everything, just the ticket for a quiet weekend away and yet it's a short drive to the nearest village and very close to Bath. We loved it and will look to return very soon. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Rafters. It was close to everything, very clean and quiet. We all loved our 3 day visit! There was even complimentary eggs, bacon, tea, coffee and a beautiful loaf of bread for our first meal while there. »

« Awesome townhouse in a wonderful city! Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, media,Wi-Fi. A short walk from the Royal Crescent, the Roman Baths, and the shopping district. Highly recommended! »

« Immaculate property, compact and well fitted out. Smooth booking process with good communication and the owner was lovely. We checked in late, 10.30pm and were were really touched to find he had turned lights on and even electric heaters in the main room and bedroom, it was so appreciated. There was also fresh bread, milk, eggs and butter so breakfast was sorted. Beautiful location, very close to park and ride and multiple areas of interest. Highly recommended.....thank you! »

« Liz et John sont très très très gentils, accueillants et vous mettent à l’aise. Tout est parfait dans ce cottage, rien ne manque. Un standing irréprochable, une propreté fantastique, une literie hyper confortable. Le plus, c’est d’offrir un premier petit déjeuner aux hôtes en mettant à disposition des produits (frigo et placard). Ce cottage est magnifiquement décoré, le charme à l’anglaise!!! « Loved our stay at this perfect accommodation and the hosts could not be more welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Bath and the train station was a 3 min walk. There is a wonderful pub just down from the apartment that had the best breakfast and an Indian rewrite some of the best Indian ever. The grocery across the street was perfect for grabbing groceries as well. Would 100% recommend. »

« Great location, everything on doorstep. Kitchen could do with a few additional items for those who want to actually cook meals - plenty of restaurants nearby so not a big issue. »

« The host has thought of everything! It is truly a home from home (but this place has far better decor than my home!) Felt v relaxed in the living room but the bedroom with en-suite and a dressing area made it feel large and comfortable.. Large kitchen with table for 2. Far better and so much more than a hotel room. »

« Stay was enjoyed by all ages hot tub and pool table appreciated particularly by the youngsters only one thing we felt could be replaced were the tall stools in the conservatory. We felt they were unsafe and very rickety but had no reflection on our stay »

« The Barn was even better then we expected. Bigger then it shows on the photos. We stayed with a family of five, we have three boys ages 11-18 and where able to all fit in. Really near Wells & Bath and great opportunities for walking hiking in the Mendip Hills. Especially the cheddar gorge is great and challenging! »

« The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). With five adults and two teenagers the property's size accommodated us all easily. Paul was very welcoming and despite the weather we all enjoyed our stay. »

« 3 generations , get together of family living long way apart . Plenty of space and activities for all and good area for all to eat and for children to play . Also not too far to supermarket to top up supplies! »

« Overpriced for what you get - tiny bedroom and ceilings in the basement flats very low. Bathroom was good with good water pressure. Couldn't get internet and no-one to ask over the weekend as reception closed. »
