Rooms are a little on the small side No ac due to heritage of building It's in a court so is reasonably quiet No in room safe Bathroom is on the small side has a bathtub/shower setup which can be awkward for less mobile persons

We were looking for something inexpensive in a great location. This guest house was more than we’d hoped for. Excellent central location in the heart of the old town. Lovely rooms with a unique feel. Good breakfast at a very reasonable price .

Great spot outside of (but close to) Bristol and Bath. Room was very pleasing, clean, and well cared for. Breakfast was excellent. Improvements could be made to mattress quality. Only real downside of this place was the very narrow roads needed to drive on to access it.
