We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department. "

Dommage que le lit ne soit pas un lit de 160 et qu'il n'y ait pas au moins une chaîne de télé française, mais c'est un détail. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et la gentillesse du personnel qui a su aussi nous renseigner sur les transports et autre."
