"We had stayed at the inn up the road 2 years prior and loved the location near the beach, the whistle stop grocery and nearby restaurant. (All walkable) Daves place was perfect for us because it’s on that same street, in a cute shared courtyard of homes. We were there in September so we seemed to have the whole courtyard to ourselves. Kitchen and bath are plenty large, and sitting area outside was nice for wine and a game of Yahtzee! Only drawback is proximity to the train tracks and thus...

"Very clean and neat space but quite small. It was fine for me but when the Murphy bed is down there is no room to move around in the main space. Just an FYI if you plan to have multiple guests. Also, I noticed the description reads that this is wheelchair accessible. I did not need this feature but it is NOT wheel chair accessible. Great shower and super comfy bed. Close to all the fun things to do. "
