I really enjoyed my stay. It was nice and clean in the room and throughout the home. The breakfast was very accommodating for us. The avocado sandwich Sunday morning was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again if we make plans to go to the Falls.

The Kings suite was very nice, comfortable, and spacious. The host was delightful, so kind and shared good tips about the area. Breakfast was homemade and delicious each morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Birthday Getaway

We spent two wonderful nights. The bed was comfortable and it was a great place to relax and unwind after a day visiting Niagara Falls. We loved our breakfast both days you can tell Daphne is in her element and loves what she does. Will be 100% recommending to family and friends. I traveled with my mother and this was the perfect type of environment compared to the busy hotel area.

Wow, the breakfast, what a presentation and so delicious 😋 The home was beautiful, and the view of the river was even better than I imagined 😀 7 minute drive to the falls. You couldn't ask for more . And on top of all that Daphne was the most informative and wonderful host you could ask for. Definitely looking to stay again. Thank you, Daphne, for an exceptional experience! We didn't want to leave.

Lovely Home

It was so great! She was so nice! Breakfast was unique and healthy and so yummy. The house is beautiful. Only 7 minute drive from the falls. Highly recommend.

Loved this place. Great location between the falls and lake. Clean, comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. Daphne was a great host and personally cooked a hot breakfast. Property is awesome. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the creek view. There a fire pit for evenings and kayaks and canoes for water activities. We loved it and highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay. Daphne, the owner, greated us and gave us a tour of the place. There was a parking spot reserved for us. The pictures of the B&B are accurate: immaculate, clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. We booked the Maple Suite - Waterfront with Sunset View. The room and bathroom had everything we needed. The both days we stayed, Daphne cooked amazing breakfast which were filling and delicious. She was great to talk with, but also gave us lots of privacy. The B&B was a 10 min drive to Niagara Falls which is a plus and the B&B i next to a lake were canoying can be done. All in all, we loved our stay and highly recommend.

While this wasn’t what I was expecting when I booked a bed & breakfast (think Gilmore Girls), it was an excellent experience. You are basically renting space in a host’s home. I would say you’re renting a bedroom but that’s not really correct. We basically had use of almost the entire downstairs space of this home…a bedroom, a bathroom, and a very large sitting area with a couch and rocker. There’s also the backyard including a dock area with chairs and tables overlooking a rather large creek. The host, Daphne, was so very nice and accommodating. She asked us what time we wanted breakfast and what we liked to eat for breakfast and served us a menu that catered to our food preferences. My husband is a somewhat picky eater and both mornings, she made separate meals for each of us to accommodate our likes and dislikes. As for the area, it’s about 12 minutes away from the Falls and was a very easy drive. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Sitting outside on the dock at night, we could hear the music of a live band from a nearby marina and we heard the Niagara Galls fireworks at 10:00 pm. But inside the house was very quiet and any outside noises were dulled or non-existent. I would recommend staying here especially if you want to avoid the big hotel/casino scene of downtown Niagara.
