Review for our stay
Pros: -big yard & privacy, no traffic noise - lowest price for our group size & host was gracious to accommodate - Full kitchen has pots, pans, plates & silverware. - Large TV, newer furniture, nicely decorated, lots of seating, newer appliances, large deck -Quick response with water issue Cons:- Water ran out & turned tea color during stay, went w/o toilets, faucets, etc for hrs. Had to drive to stores for bathroom & to buy water. Water quality & health concerns b/c we had been drinking it. -Safety concerns: (exposed electrical wires, open sump pump pit w/ no locking door, attic scuttle hole open bringing in bugs and warm air, deck structurally unsound, trash & debris in yard, scalding hot water, broken railing for basement stairs, inconsistent step height - dangerous to descend) - No murphy beds in 4 bedrooms as advertised, had 3 cots, 2 were semi-functional, the 3rd had broken frame. - 4 queen beds, 1 extremely hard, other poor support, no dresssers or nightstands - TV didnt work, no channels to play and were unable to log into online services - Poor temp regulation: basement freezing, main floor warm. - Lawn, landscaping overgrown. -1 hand towel, no wash cloths for bathrooms, not enough blankets for all beds. -The kitchen garbage can partially full upon arrival, no mixing bowls, measuring cups or cooking sheets. -Basement towel rack broken off wall. Bug bites from sleeping in basement bedroom, mouse droppings. Dirty floors on arrival, purchased clsupplies

Went to the falls for a golf trip. House had 4 bedrooms 2 cots and a pull out in the basement. We arrived house was clean. There was a half a roll of toilet paper between the 2 bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom is spacious but very weak water pressure in the shower and takes a long time for hot water to come in. The mirror in the upstairs bathroom has a crack down the middle. Bedrooms were ok. There is a transition piece of flooring missing leading to the basement so when u step on it, it makes it feel like you are going down the very steep stairs. Great deck for space. There are 2 boards broken on the steps. It served our purpose this week but probably wouldn’t return

Amazing Stay
The house was such a spacious home to be at for a little weekend getaway. The property was very secluded and was a perfect middle ground for the activities we wanted to go to. The host was very active in replying to questions. My group and I had such a fun time here! Definitely recommend!
