"The beach house was perfect for a Newport Beach and Balboa island trip. The Wi-Fi is fast, the beds are comfy, the location is fantastic! I swear the cookware and kitchen necessities are the best we’ve had at a vrbo. You are about 1/2 block from beach and two blocks from balboa ferry. Coffee shops nearby, pier and late night cocktails!"

It's clear that the owners listened to the feedback of others. And honestly you are literally steps away from the ocean. It's the best location. We woke up and watched seals and dolphins. The weather wasn't great when we were there and were so comfortable inside playing have and watching the waves roll in. Such a great trip. Everything...

"My family and I have been coming down to the area for the past couple years. It's always a time I really look forward to where we can all get together and relax by the beach. The house was really lovely and exactly as described and pictured. We enjoyed spending time at the house together, cooking, sitting outside in the yard, and walking to the beach a block away. For cooking, it was a huge plus that the kitchen was so stocked. We were super comfortable the entire stay except for one thing....
