They cancelled the day before check-in. I contacted them for check-in details before leaving and they cancelled. Sep 11, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Property was not as advertised. Arrived at property at 22.45pm approximately to find a rave going on upstairs. Attempted several times to contact host via phone and message, but he did not respond. As more guests were arriving and rave was getting louder we sought a hotel to stay in for the duration of our stay. We did not feel safe in the property as the door within the property was not fully secure, it appeared to have been kicked in before. I have requested a full refund from the host as we did not stay in the property, having left 1hr after arriving.
