This was my second stay at The Box House, each stay was Monday through Friday. The hotel is very clean and cozy and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and loaded with cool restaurants. I'll stay there on my next trip.

There was a lot to like. However certain staff services were inconsistent. Check in did not go well; sent me to an uncleaned room the first time. Several different stories from the front desk as to why rooms were not ready. F & B was inconsistent. Hotel is full and the bar doesn't open until 4 pm ??; and then sometimes not staffed properly. The Bartender, David, is great; however not enough support staff for him at times. Front desk staff lacks enough training. All departments do not communicate efficiently enough. But still a good stay; I would stay there again.

Excellent staff and service. Eclectic hotel in a neighborhood with good restaurants and markets. Our room was huge and had a terrace with beautiful views of Manhattan and the Pulaski Bridge. Great location easy to get anywhere you need to go. Highly recommend and would stay there again!
