Pool was amazing, staff was all super friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the shower in our room overflowed very easily.

The check-in was a bit later than most (4pm), and we couldn't check in early which was a bit inconvenient. The rooms were surprisingly quiet from all street noise and neighbors to the side. There were however lots of loud drunks in the hallway which we could hear throughout the night which is somewhat to be expected from the area. The bathroom was top notch, and the tv had a lot of options which is nice to block out the hallway noise. It's a nice place. We would maybe stay here again.

Please read the Yelp reviews. I wish I had. My experience was awful beginning with check in. $125 fee for some nonsense. Staff said “you were made aware of this when you booked on Expedia” I replied “the Expedia price said all taxes fees were included.” Whatever. The ole bait and switch. I get to the room. Literally 6” from the elevator that SCREECHES when in use. IOW all day and night. Then the 1am fire alarm. No explanation from staff. In the morning, go down for “free breakfast” from 7am - noon. Coffee has been put away but a plate of muffins sits on a coffee table. Another fire alarm. Nothing from staff. No vending. No ice. No towels. Had to call for towels. This is just in the first 24,hours. There’s more but I’m annoyed thinking about it. Don’t book this hotel.
