The shower was excellent, and the quality of the linens added to the overall comfort of the room. "originally i was to stay 2 nights due to day surgery. when i checked in i told the staff at the front desk that my surgery was now changed and i had to stay overnight in the hospital on my second night. I ask if my second night was to be changed, but I needed parking until the 3rd day up to check out on the second night. I was told no, and that I had to pay full price. I also asked for a wake up call in the morning of the 23rd. That did not happen and when I asked, I was told that it must have happened, as it was written down. The staff on both days was not helpful at all. I will not stay here here again. Bill Holden "
