I needed to be up early each day so a quiet early evening was needed. A basement allows sounds to be heard from upstairs so running, laughter, and loud voices easily are heard and did disturb my sleep. I was back early so I slept when it was quiet and it worked out ok. The cleaning adequate could be improved, mirrors were all smeared, hard to use without cleaning myself. The glasses and cups were clean but stuck to the tray so I washed off the items, and counter with a cloth I found but a dish cloth and tea towel would have been helpful. My profession is housekeeping so my eye is more critical than most. I noticed the garbage can needed cleaning inside and a smell was there. The fridge could have been cleaned out better as well. Bathroom was best feature hot water shower various heads and large. I had a hydro issue addressed immediately and the hosts were very helpful, with using their laundry and delivered to me. My first stay I had trouble accessing the key pad but the hosts helped immediately and left the door unlocked for me next time. I had no issues with the key pad afterwards.It was very cold the second stay and although the heat was turned up after my request, I was still cold and wrapped in a wonderfully soft blanket to stay warm while watching tv or reading. At night I was very comfortable. The place was beautiful, convenient with places to eat or for all I needed within 5-10 minutes. Small improvemen ##### Sharon S. I did have difficulty getting the code to the door to open but the owner was there promptly both times to help. The room was great and just as depicted in the photos. ##### Sharon S.
