"Beautiful hotel with a stylish and peaceful ambiance. The rooms are clean, stylish and the bed was delightful! The staff are polite friendly and happy to help. The location is also perfect! Would definitely recommend. Only feedback would be more plug sockets needed in the rooms and be mindful when booking a canal view room as breakfast is served just outside these rooms so can be a little noisy when setting up/being served but not enough to stop deep sleeper sleeping!"

The staff did an excellent job, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I’d like to give a special thanks to Emelda, who welcomed us for breakfast—she was so kind and attentive. I absolutely loved staying in this room, and the location is perfect, close to everything. I highly recommend this room to anyone visiting Venice!"
