We had an amazing stay! Location is great - short walk to all major attractions. Customer service is 12/10 - you are treated like royalty the minute you walk through the door. Staff had great suggestions and were super helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend this hotel! Thank you Hotel Concordia for a great stay!

Staff was great - very expensive for the size of the roomn., Elevator was broken. Gave us iteniary in Italian, we did not know that we could have gone to Murrano for free we were there for 2 nights and would have loved to do that but found out too late when they offered to us in English the night before. It was disappointing.

We decided to stay in the Concordia after reading the reviews and its ideal location. Everything about this hotel is exceptional. 1. Staff. Many other reviewers mentioned the friendliness of the staff and we'll add to these accolades by saying every encounter with the staff was delightful. We arrived late at night and the night concierge was so accommodating. We arranged for a water taxi through the hotel upon our departure and so appreciated the porter service to the taxi. 2. Location. Ideal walking distance to many of the sights and excursions. 3. Highly recommend the breakfast. 4. The only note I would add is not negative but a repeat of other reviews, the rooms are small, at least our room was. I cant speak of the suites with balconies. Not a huge issue, we also had a lot of luggage which took up space. We'll certainly book this hotel again the next time we're in Venice.

I had a great room with a king bed. A sitting area. A bathroom with tub and sink and a seperate room with toilet and sink. The balcony view was amazing! I will try to post photos. The breakfast was great. The staff was very kind and helpful. I would love to stay there again!
