The rooms are very pretty and at first glance everything was perfect, but we stayed for 3 nights in wich nobody came to clean the room, make the bed or bring clean towels (housekeeping in general was non existent) we did call the lobby many time to request it and were ignored. Attention aux surprises facturées comme le entertainment fee de $44 / jour ou le parking facturé malgré les parkings gratuits tout autour franchement c’est abuser. L'hôtel est idéalement situé en plein coeur du quartier Little Italy qui a beaucoup de terrasses, restaurants, cafés et un marché public 2 fois par semaine. Le marché est situé juste à côté de l'hôtel. Le trolley est a quelques coins de rue et à 10 minutes de marche, nous sommes à côté de l'océan. Je retournerais volontiers à cet hôtel."
