"This was THE cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! From the outside grounds, to the front desk and of course the room. So nice to see owners and staff take pride in their property; made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We had a queen room which had a small kitchen area with coffee maker and amenities, microwave, and other kitchen items. Small table and two chairs. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was on the smaller side but not being big people it worked well for us. The towels were amazingly soft and bath towels were large. Good liquid soap/gel, lotion and shampoo. Place was decorated nicely. Very close to the ferry and short drive to downtown. We would definitely recommend this hotel!!"

"Good place to stay when looking to take in the Nanaimo Riviera. Walk to any number of restaurants, shops, venues, etc. Across the street from the waterfront and walking trails. Older building, but nicely taken care of and bed was comfy. We had a Queen Courtyard. Bit cramped for a long stay, but fine for a couple nights. Recommend any of the King rooms for longer stays."

"Wonderful views from the room's spacious balcony. Welcoming host and easy parking. Location is a little out of way so need car to access bar/restaurants and shops"
