House rules
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Due to fire regulations, grilling is prohibited in the unit or on the balcony. A violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. There are, for your convenience two grills located in the south parking lot.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $250 fine. In addition to the fine, there will be a charge for any cleaning costs
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 2 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. If the maximum number of occupants is exceeded, a penalty of $100 will be applied.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
• No items should be dropped or thrown from the balcony.

Great stay and clean. Parking tight for trucks but security tried to keep smaller vehicles moved. I thought it had a dishwasher but I might have missed when booking

Nice & Quiet

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the property and the area this condo is in. The condo itself was very clean & well equipped. The bed was pretty comfortable. There is a very loud fan outside of the bedroom window so if you don't like white noise you may be affected by it. Very quiet, beautiful section of beach. The walkway to it was right across the street. We left behind beach chairs that hopefully the next person can make use of. We found some great restaurants/bars within walking distance. It was very easy to get a Lyft from the complex as well though. The only trouble we had was getting the front door to open when we arrive. We were able to get ahold of Hosteeva pretty easily however it wasn't until we were sent to a couple different people before the tip came through that you have to pull the door hard toward yourself to get it to open. Would've been nice to know that ahead of time. As for the area we found it to be perfect. Have to say it was a lot more hoops going through Hosteeva instead of just through VRBO and at some points was a little concerning. They were very responsive though and in the end worth it for a cheaper rental in the same property as a few others that were more expensive.

Everything was great during the stay. 3 things which can be create a 5 star stay. 1. Keypad Entry was a problem, but was corrected the next day. 2. There was not a dishwasher available in the suite. 3. The TV took some brainstorming to operate.
