I booked this hotel for the children’s water park, when I arrived I immediately noticed that it was poorly managed and false advertising from the website . Children’s water park n slide was closed I was looking forward to the hot tub which was green and closed . There was almost always no parking the outdoor seating area was very dark at night felt unsafe . My television did not function properly the WiFi did not work at all and everything in the room that needed to be plugged into an outlet was all on one 2 hole extension cord that dangled from the air conditioning. I honestly don’t recommend this location at all what was supposed to be a beach birthday surprise for my 9 year old daughter turned out to be horrible

The photos on Expedia are misleading. This property is old and run down. The room was filthy with dog hair all over the beds. The couch was filthy with black dirt on the arms and white stuff on the cushions. Everything is rusting or peeling in the room. The TV an only got one channel - HGTV. The elevator shook and had not been inspected since 2022. The sheets had black marks on them. One pool was drained and not opened. The pools were dirty with sands. Absolutely not as pictured! This is in the older South Myrtle Beach section and it rents to people monthly. Not a good family place to stay.
