We had a great time really loved the house we rented!

The home was clean and spacious, exactly how it was described. The propert is less than half a mile to the beach, basically a block or 2. It can be walked. The property is also within a 10 min drive to attractions like water parks and go karts. There is also a restaurant next door and the food is good Overall great stay.

Easy walk to the beach, as it is just a couple blocks away. The condo could use some cosmetic fixes, but that wasn’t a huge deal. The biggest disappointment was how uncomfortable the mattresses were. Overall, the unit served its purpose and was sufficient for a family of 5.

Everything was fine with the townhouse except for the traffic noise. Not much the owners could do about that, but the description should mention the townhouse is adjacent to a busy street. Things quieted down at night and after a couple of nights, we adjusted. Other than the traffic noise, the neighborhood was very quiet. The property owners quickly responded to the only issue we had during our stay.

Overall the place is nice, especially for families. The pool is right outside the front door and it’s nearby everything. We noticed that the furniture and appliances (ex. mattresses, chairs, laundry appliances) are outdated. The mattresses are very firm and the pillows were flat. The property is off of a highway, so you will hear the traffic. This place would be 10/10 if the furniture and the appliances are updated.

This place was great for a quick get away. In the middle of everything with great places to eat not to far away and a quick drive to the beach. The road is a bit loud but not loud enough to keep you awake at night. It has everything you need and will book again

Our worst experience as far as renting vacation homes go. The leaking faucet in bathroom did not let anyone sleep. The blinds at the sliding door were inadequate for blocking light from common area lights of the complex. Carpets smelled really bad. I was surprised how VRBO let this property to be listed. And the management company only offers excuses and pointed out things which ‘we the guests’ did not do right. They did not offer us any refund or reduction in fees, in spite of the fact that we vacated the property after first night, from our 6 day rental contract. What a shame …

Beautiful townhouse. Could have been cleaner. I had to sweep & wipe down counter tops. Called Manger because found few things not the way they were supposed to be per the contract and it was horrible that the microwave did NOT work. Liked how close it was to the beach because parking was difficult to find otherwise. The neighbors there were very friendly. We did decide to leave 1 day early only because a tropical storm was coming. It was a very nice vacation.

The house was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and updated. The convenience of the beach, restaurants, and stores were all within walking distance (no more than a mile) was a plus. Me and my family truly enjoyed our staff.
