If you are seeking a reasonably priced, safe, immaculate condo in a great central location with an extraordinary view, this is the unit that should be on your shortlist.

.Our condo is an end unit ( third floor ) with vaulted ceilings facing Arrowhead golf course holes #3 and #4 on the Cypress (9) side in the Riverwalk section. It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a swing king bed that can be split into two twin beds. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped.

There are three ceiling fans with adjustable speeds for your convenience. Both bathrooms have heat lamps and new high-power exhaust fans. The unit is located in the central part of Myrtle Beach on the inland waterway close to the intersection of (1.6 miles) Highway 501 and 17 bypasses.

For your enjoyment, the facility has two outdoor swimming pools with Jacuzzi/Spa features and one indoor swimming pool. The grounds are also equipped with a private outdoor gas grill, a charcoal grill, and picnic areas next to the swimming pools. Parking is included

No motorcycles /trailers /pets /smoking or parties are allowed by the owner or HOA. Must be a minimum of 24 years old to rent
Violating these rules will cancel/void the rental agreement.

Great location, fabulous view of the golf course. We really appreciated the extras supplied (i.e. beach towels) as it was one less thing we had to pack and bring along. Commnication with the owner was excellent.

We have stayed here many times now and my review is always pretty much the same - excellent in all departments. We love the condo, love to sit on the balcony with a drink watching the golfers go by and we love to play Arrowhead golf course ourselves. Whenever we come down to Myrtle Beach, this is where we stay.
