Step right into this dazzling two bedroom Myrtle Beach condo located at Kingston Plantation on your next getaway to the sands of the Grand Strand! At North Hampton 124, you will feel right at home with comfortable spaces and one-of-a-kind amenities. But soon you will realize you are not at home. The spacious two-story balcony and location will be sure indicators that you are now on your long-anticipated vacation!

This alluring two-story villa is located on the first floor of North Hampton. You will be able to access the second story of this unit by a stairway at the entrance of your unit. There is also an elevator in the building that will give you access to the second story.

As you walk into North Hampton 124, you will first be captivated by the light and breezy interior- styled living area. Unwind in this space while overlooking the beautiful Kingston Resort area and water views from the six wide glass doors leading onto your private balcony. Wake up each morning to the Atlantic Ocean waves whistling by. At this Myrtle Beach vacation rental, you will have access to the two-story patio from the first-floor living space and second-floor bedrooms!

On the second floor of North Hampton 124, you will find the peaceful master and second bedroom suites. Sleep in bliss in your master king-size bed with incredible ocean views. In the master bathroom, you will find an extended vanity area and bath/tub shower combo. The shabby-chic style of the second bedroom comes with two twin size beds and an ample amount of space for your vacation belongings. The second bathroom next to this bedroom comes with a shower/tub combo too.

Before heading out for a day of enjoyment, make sure to cook a hearty breakfast for you and your guests in your large fully-equipped kitchen. Overall it was a good stay

This is a real good location and the condo is in good shape. The walls between the condos are not well insulated so you hear the neighbors TV. The building and property staff were excellent. I didn’t care for the check-in process. I've been on other VRBO rentals and the check-in here was really complicated.

Quick getaway

Great location! Plenty of room for a party of 4. Clean and kitchen well stocked. Having a washer and dryer in unit was helpful. Felt safe in the area. Unit could use some updates, not modern but everything was functioning. We enjoyed our time and would stay again.

Can’t go wrong with North Hampton

We’ve been coming back to the North Hampton building for about 5 yrs now and every time we’re just a happy as the last years trip. This particular unit was yes a little on the dated side, but we grew up in the 70s/80s plus it gives you the option of three full baths and anyone staying with kids or girls can appreciate that. There’s two rooms and two full baths upstairs and a full bath downstairs along with a pullout sofa that can easily double as a vacation 3rd bedroom. The views from the second floor balconies are amazing in the morning with a cup of coffee. And again the location is next to everything you need while on a family vacation. Groceries and restaurants are all with a 5-7 minute drive. For a “pro-tip” stop by “Thoe’s Pancake” house for a family breakfast. The staff is just as amazing as the food. And for a Flounder plate that can’t be beat, make the 20 minute drive to “The Shack” up in Cherry Grove. Again the kids who are working as servers are all so polite and professional it’s a refreshing place for a family meal. The rental staff for this unit were all polite and helpful in explaining the rules, and they even checked up on us via text to make sure everything was running smoothly. You have to drive about 10-15 minutes to pick up they keys but it’s really not a bother, and again it’s helpful to have staff onsite to explain everything face to face. Give the place a try for a quiet family vacation on an amazing stretch of beach, you won’t be sorry you did.

Wonderful resort and condo

We loved our time at this rental within Kingston Plantation. The unit is on a low floor so there is easy access for unloading/loading. I appreciated that the bedrooms were upstairs (staircase within the unit) so that the little ones could easily nap in peace. The building was quiet too, which may have been because the outdoor pool wasnt right outside the balcony yet you could still hear and see the ocean. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms may be considered dated however they were clean and functional which is more important to us. The balconies were spacious and had plenty of seating for all. The interior was more spacious than I imagined and was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids (1 which is still in a pack n play so we didn’t utilize the sleeper sofa). I hope to stay here again with our family and have recommended it to others. I recommend calling the rental company to confirm they have all of the items required for check-in regardless of how far in advance you submit all requested info. We had about an hour and a half of panic during our drive to Myrtle Beach because of a text saying they didn't have the info and we wouldn't be able to check-in. I believe this text must have been sent in error because we already had a lockbox code, however no one called us and it caused unnecessary stress and thankfully, our keys were in fact in the lockbox. We would still stay again despite this issue. I will call next time to be sure. Wonderful trip!!

Great Condo and Location

We really enjoyed the condo and location! Less enthusiastic about the rental company. Check in is advertised as 3 PM. Room was not ready until 5 PM. Apparently there is some verbiage in contract about it being ready between 3 and 530 PM. I asked if they could give me an approximate time. They said no. At least an approximate time would have allowed myself and family to find something to do until the meantime. Instead we just had to stay close by and kill time. The rental office is also 20 or so minutes from the condo. You are required to pick up and drop off keys at agency. Check out time is also earlier than anywhere else I’ve stayed at 10 AM. Lastly bring your own dish washing and laundry detergent rental agency does not provide much of anything. Again condo, amenities, and location were great!
