Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. Really nice place to stay and the price is real affordable!

Loved the pools and hot tubs and restaurant in the hotel! Step out the back and rite on to the beach, so convenient for people with walking disabilities.

Horrible

This hotel was full of dogs the first room we stayed in had mold on the walls and the lamps. The second room was better but not much. Elevator smelled like urine consistently. Would have just left but everyone else was booked for the weekend and we had already traveled hours to get there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

DO NOT STAY HERE

We decided on a weekend getaway my husband and our child we called 2 days before booked the room for a king room with a sofa bed when we arrived it wasn’t the correct room and she said I could leave and get a refund at 3:00 am. I was 5.5 hours away from home, they didn’t offer to move my room or anything. The AC in the room didn’t cool either. We were supposed to have a full ocean view and we did not due to not being in the correct room anyways. The room reeked of weed and at 11pm our last night our neighbors were playing really loud vulgar music and we called front desk and they said there was nothing they could do At check out the elevators were not working and we had to walk down 15 flights of stairs with all our stuff and a 9 month old. Find somewhere else to stay to save your sanity

Great for price! (Off season)

Loved that the property was pet friendly. The sheets were nice and clean, bed was very comfortable, towels were clean, but had wear however they looked & smelled clean so that's fine. Air conditioner worked great. View was nice with the partial view of the ocean. Decor was nice as well. Liked the vinyl plank floor through main area except the washroom which was tile. I won't complain about the cleaning, however if it were my personal space I would have it cleaned more thoroughly. I realize the area has high humidity so perhaps switching the long curtains out to bambo shades with a room darkening shade behind or vinyl louvered shutters which would be easy to wipe down, would eliminate the mould that I noticed on the bottom of the curtain over the ac. Also perhaps using any metal fixtures such as the lamps wasn't the wise choice, the lamps were all rusted on the bottom and had rust specks all over...liquid vim will take care of that 😉. There was a cockroach on that crawled up the wall by the ac, however, I believe that came from all the pizza flyers that were left on the outside the door and when I picked them up and threw them in the wastebin, I think the fella was in amongst. My wife has a phobia of bugs, so she always carries bug spray when she travels, so she had sprayed the room and we saw nothing afterward. The broom provided was great to be able to sweep up any sand that had been left on our feet from the beach. Nice that a safe is provided. The ice machine on our floor however was not working. What else can I say, staff were lovely very friendly as were all the patrons it seemed. I would definitely recommend, and would certainly visit again. Oh one little note, the 1 was missing from the tile on the wall indicating the room numbers, however no trouble to tell you are on the 15th floor lol

Paid for late checkout, got early wake up

The price for this room is fair. The floor was sticky and felt dirty- I didn't realize just how yucky it was until I took off my shoes. What bothered me most was the fact that I paid $20 for a late checkout (2pm). There was no Do Not Disturb tag anywhere in my room. Consequently, I was jolted awake at 930am by housekeeping. Then, when I drifted back to sleep they knocked again. Please communicate late checkouts to housekeeping. Please provide Do Not Disturb tags for guests. Also, please be a little more easy-going and generous with spoons and forks so that your guests can eat.

Pet allergy

Definitely not like the picture advertised. If have pet allergy, this is not the place for you. But if desire to meet and greet other pets , this is the place for you. The beach access was great but listing did not match actual room.

Small but perfect for two!
