It is located super conveniently to three different train lines and a whole host of bars, bodegas, and restaurants which for a 9-day stay, was a great perk. I also appreciated having access to a full kitchen with supplies to save a little from eating out constantly. "This was a very nice space for my 22 year daughter and I to get in some broadway shows! Separate rooms to sleep in with separate TVs, clean! Nice fridge and microwave for us too. Felt very safe and yet close to times square. I would only suggest to get heavier shower curtain or different shower nozzle as the curtain would blow right on you while you tried to soap up. Nearly impossible to shower without someone else holding the curtain away from the outside. Otherwise I highly recommend this...

"This place worked out well with our 2 grandchildren as well as our dog. The off street parking was probably its best asset. The bathroom was newly renovated, however it was advertised as 1.5 baths but there was only 1 bath. We were also told it had a whirlpool tub but it was just a large shower."

"My family was in town for a memorial service and this house was perfect for what we needed. We could all spread out and also had a serene place to gather and be a family. Accommodations were wonderful with a private bath for the each of us. Thank you for providing us a great place to stay."

"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."

"Excellent one-week stay. Quiet, dark at night, bright interior lights, excellent location and attentive staff. I would recommend a few minor improvements to the room (a multibed two-room apartment)--e.g., a bit more countertop in the bathroom to put toiletries; handles on kitchen cabinetry to make it easier to open and close drawers and cupboards; eco-toiletries in shower instead of little plastic bottles.
