Appartements à Station de métro 190th Street

« The apartment is in a great location. Fantistic grocery, deli, restaurants, cross town bus, and subway only a block away. The living space is small but worked for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was helpful to have a washing machine. The only thing you might want to know is that the apartment in the photo isn't the apartment we stayed in. It was 95% the same. I think the outfit may have two very similar units in the building and used the same photos for both. For...

« Communication with this property was poor from the start. Before arrival, I modified our reservation and then heard nothing for over a week. After multiple attempts to reach someone, I had to contact customer support just to confirm the change had been made. I specifically raised concerns about the lack of communication and was assured we would have a designated manager available 24/7 after check-in. That was not our experience. During a confusing and stressful check-in, we finally reached a...

« Lovely apartment, exceptionally well equipped, super clean. Fast, friendly communication and very smooth check-in service. Close to several public transport lines so transit to midtown very convenient. »

« Our family of five was comfortable for sleeping, eating, and lounging. The unit looks exactly as shown in the photos. No surprises. The towels, sheets, and comforters are all new. There was enough bottled water in the frig for our entire stay. Same for paper products (paper towels, toilette tissue, etc.), dish liquid, hand soap, & shampoo. We had an issue with the electric circuit breaker upon our arrival. Gertrude had it fixed immediately! Thank you for that! The building is very quiet and...

« Overall the stay was wonderful. It is an old apartment but bathrooms and kitchen are updated. There is AC in every room. Great for families in a safe location near all Amenities such as stores and subway. Close to Central park. »

« We stayed for 7 days at this property. The location is great and the home is exactly what we were looking for. Aside from a slight confusion about the address, everything was great. I understand they withhold the exact address for safety reason, but that part was not disclosed to us. The location is very close to what they show on the listing. »

« Vue magnifique. Appartement Proche du métro. Jolie decoration malheureusement l'appartement n'est pas entretenu. Mauvaise isolation phonique et thermique. Le ménage laissait à désirer. Pas de chauffage dans 2 des chambres. »

« The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive. The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat...

« The oven was not working, unfortunately we found out once there. The location was perfect for us.For a 2 week stay, I think more than 2 sets of towels for 2 people would have been an improvement.Murtaza was great - very accommodating and helpful. »

« Fourth floor walk up. No elevator. Just basics plus coffee. Two small bedrooms and kitchen area, all crowded with beds. Good a/c and wifi. Excellent location, close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants, transportation. »
