One suggestion: the first floor room where the bikes and lawn chairs are located is a hazard (uneven floors and loose boards) and should be rectified before someone trips and falls."

"This was our first time in Folly beach & we loved it! The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, & the location was fabulous! Only 2 blocks to the beach & to Center Street! We loved the laid back vibe & will definitely be back! The only negative was the upstairs neighbor was up at 5 am every morning & we could hear them moving around. Other than that, we loved our stay!"
