Just one block away from Upper King Street, the epicenter of the city's renowned restaurant and nightlife district. Equipped with 2 off-street parking spaces! My driveway narrows to exactly 8 feet wide. If you are uncomfortable with the narrowness, we recommend smaller vehicles. The parking itself is very generous, and not tight. The Space: This is a large 1 bedroom with a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is large enough to prepare meals, if you want to stay in, and the outside deck is perfect for enjoying cocktails after a day of walking around the City. The bathroom is located on the first floor. Please note this unit is handicap inaccessible. Guest Access: This is a private rental and guests have access to the entire space. The Neighborhood: The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at The Daily before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just one short block from the property.
