Short walk to the beach, walking distance to the Sanctuary for drinks, lots of great walking and biking trails nearby. It's a quiet neighborhood which was nice. The house itself was very comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, laundry was very convenient, showers were always hot. We really didn't have any complaints except that rocking chairs or a swing would have made the porch so much more comfortable. We actually saw multiple gators in the ponds around the house which was cool but we were careful not to let kids or dogs go close to the end of the backyard. We needed help storing a trailer and locating rental companies for baby and beach equipment and the property management company was incredibly easy to talk to and work with. We would absolutely come back to this house or rent another house through this company again! ##### Amelia M. Very close to the beach and playground for the children was terrific We rented bikes, which was a great activity for the adults and children. Would add dish towels to your list of things to bring as there was only one dish towel in the kitchen. Along with being close to the beach, you have access to the community pool which is nice if you have small children. The inside is nice and well appointed. The dishwasher seemed to have issues when trying to roll the bottom drawer out. The refrigerator did not have an ice maker so that was a slight inconvenience. We did also keep hearing birds in the chimney. Having two master bedrooms with in suite bathrooms is a plus when having a family staying together. We spent a week last summer at this same property...and we actually DID return. And it was better the second time! Clean as a whistle when we arrived. Everything worked. New furniture was added to the family room. Location is great...with a short walk to the beach or to the pool. Atlantic Beach Circle is great for the younger kids...very little traffic and safe. All things being equal...we'll be back next summer for a third straight visit. ##### John Y.
