Each bedroom had its own bathroom, the showers and tile work were beautiful, and the decor had such thoughtful touches throughout.This isn’t where you go for “luxury,” but it truly feels special - clean, comfortable, and inviting. The location was great, the home had everything we needed, and we all agreed: it’ll be hard to find another rental that meets this standard. The bar is officially set high! It was very clean, well-appointed, cutely decorated and had good amenities. Jamie, the agent, did a good job ommunicating with us. This home comes with everything you need and is the most well stocked rental we’ve ever had. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the lux linens and towels. The gardens and common area are beautiful and the off street parking for two vehicles was a huge plus. We were able to easily walk to King Street to enjoy rooftop bars and amazing dining while other “to do” attractions were a short car ride away. There was a fair amount of street noise at night on the weekend but that’s to be expected in this part of town and the owners provide sound machines in each bedroom. The location is great, too! The owners / managers have thought of everything - smooth check in process, easy parking, beautiful grounds and well stocked kitchens and baths. This year in Charleston we had 7 people. The house was perfect. Good location with an easy walk to downtown sites, shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking. The house is bright and tastefully decorated with a new kitchen and the bedrooms all had modern bathrooms. We had a few minor hiccups during our stay, and both the property manager and the owner were very responsive. They could not have been more welcoming and attentive.
