The location is convenient to the historic district, great restaurants and shopping. It is within a 15-30 minute walk of most things you would want to see. But, good parking was available for cars if you were driving. The outside common areas provided great tables and firepit areas. It was very clean, well-appointed, cutely decorated and had good amenities. Jamie, the agent, did a good job ommunicating with us. The porch was our general hang out area each morning for coffee. There were amazing local bars and restaurants all within a short 5 minute walk. It was nice to even explore Market street by foot. About 1.3 miles so a nice walk to enjoy the sceneries. The shareplace was excellent right by the house. This truly was a great vacation for us experiencing both the great things in Charleston and then a 20 minute drive over to Isle of Palm if you wanted some time at the beach. ##### erin m. The building managers were very responsive with our request to check in a little early. We met the owner of the property the morning we were leaving and he was a delight. The set up was perfect for our group of 7 ladies. Good combination of different sized beds. The location was great. You will be within walking distance of King street that is lined with restaurants and unique shopping. Our group just left and we are already planning a return trip.
