It’s noisy when restaurant below is open but ear plugs fix that easily. We walked almost everywhere and took advantage of the top notch businesses just down the street. Make the Chubby Fish and Kultura a must visit on your list. The noise was to be expected from the restaurant (the hood vent is right outside the wall so there's a constant hum) but none of that bothered us. They are kind enough to leave out a bucket of earplugs in case. Neighborhood was super nice, safe, 100% walkable. Vern's is amazing but takes some planning to get into. ##### shane w.
