« This property had everything. From the views to the seating outside so you could see the ocean or the marsh and the sunrise and sunset. It just really felt like you were at home. « I can’t say enough about communication they respond quickly and work with you . Simply The Best! The home is small and charming you could easily stay at a bigger home but this is my 8th stay here and it feels like going home. The sunset view from the deck is beautiful it’s a short walk to the beach and the marsh is on the backside of the home to me the best of both. »

« This property is really unique and comfortable to rent. It’s so close to the beach also! My family was able to stay here and easily access the property. Communicating with Susan, the property owner, was a breeze as she was knowledgeable on the area and available to give instructions for access. It rained for the majority of our stay but this rental has plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the gorgeous Folly Beach weather. Really cannot say enough good things about how enjoyable our stay was! »

« Wonderful Folly Beach Stay!We had an amazing weekend here — spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach! The pet-friendly policy made it an easy choice for us, and our dogs loved it too. We appreciated the garage that fit 3 cars, plenty of trash cans, and two screened porches that were perfect for relaxing. Great communication from the host and an overall fantastic stay — we’ll definitely be back! »

« Perfect size home; very clean and just the right amount of room. The kitchen was stocked perfectly without too much stuff in it. We could've used a couple more towels/wash cloths but were able to purchase at a local store.Thank you for the easy check in and out and your hospitality.Our son's wedding was wonderful. »

« Wonderful stay for a traveling couple firat time to SC. Host communication was great, very timely responses. A list of Information from the host about nearby restaurants and where to go was helpful for navigating around Charleston for our short stay. The neighborhood is safe, with families & single persons out bicyling/walking in the area to see the sunsets at 2 park locations within walking distance. Being a coffee drinker, my favorite creamer was in the fridge! Additional welcoming touches...
