Not shiny and new as most units, but adequate for what we wanted, an ocean view and right on the beach; it’s just steps away. The location is great, not too far from the entrance to Kiawah, so convenient to the market or restaurants off the island and for small trips. The condo has not been remodeled like some of the other units I have stayed in but it was charming and suited our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked for all of your cooking needs and the patio overlooking the grounds and ocean provided the perfect al fresco dining. It is close to the front entrance and convenient to restaurants and shopping at Freshfields village. We were on the island for just a couple of nights for a wedding. The condo could use a few updates but was sufficient for our needs. Beach was great. We were able to rent extra chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Be warned that you will not be sleeping in as there are no curtains or blinds in the bedroom windows. ##### todd l.
