"We had a fantastic stay in this unit in Pelican Watch. The unit was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge spotless when we checked in. Parking was also convenient and only a few steps to the front door. We would definitely stay here again the next time we return to Seabrook! "

"Great location and have stayed on the island before many times. Just be aware and I think the post should have it noted: the property shows it has access to a pool and other amenities but in order to actually access it you have to purchase the amenity card or else you can not use the pool or restaurant or coffee on the island and you have to drive back off the island to the shopping center about 15 minutes down the road. I have stayed at other properties with the amenity areas listed and the card was auto included just think the posting should be more clear"

"Nicely appointed top-floor condominium in an ideal location on Seabrook Island. Beautiful west-facing views of the Edisto River and Atlantic Ocean from the living room or adjacent deck. Bedroom is spacious and quiet at the rear of the unit. Second full bathroom is a plus. Convenient boardwalk access to the river's edge. Short bike ride or drive to Island House (golf and restaurant) or Beach House (gift shop, restaurant, pool, and beach access). Perfect for two people, or four if willing to use the pull-out bed in living room."
