The Space:
This studio is a private hideaway tucked away from the main street.
Once inside you will find the kitchenette, a two top table for eating, and the private petite en suite bathroom. There is no true living space on the first floor. The kitchenette includes a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, pots & pans, dinnerware, basic cooks tools, and range. Please note that there is no dishwasher.
There is a spiral staircase up to the second floor bedroom.
Guest Access:
This is a private rental with a private entrance. Guests have access to the entire space.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just one short block from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!
Getting Around:
Most everything is within walking distance and Charleston is a very walkable city. If guests do have a car, we provide ONE off-street parking space. We suggest an economy size vehicle to help with getting around Charleston's narrow downtown streets.
Other Things to Note:
• Please note our strict cancellation policy - All Cancellations eligible for refund are subject to pay credit card processing fee of 3.8%
• This is a legal accommodation zoned as a hotel by the City of Charleston
• Streaming device provided as opposed to standard cable
• There is one off-street parking space. Additional vehicles must be parked in the nearest parking garage. Our parking spaces have a vehicle restriction of 8 feet wide, and 18 feet long. If the provided parking space is too tight for your vehicle, you will be directed to the nearest parking garage.
• No smoking within 30 feet of the property. Violating this rule may result in fines.
• Free Tesla and EV charger located on property in dedicated charging space for guest use only.
• Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM. Please consider these times when booking travel as we can not guarantee early check in's or late check out's.

Cute but VERY small
This property is in a great walkable location which was the priority for us on this stay. I will say the studio is so small it is almost impossible to function for more than 1 day here. The shower was almost too small to fit into - I am an average sized woman and could barely get into the shower. At one point the water was turned off and we were not notified. I did reach out and received a quick reply from the agency but still inconvenient for us. Also please note while most buildings in Charleston are old, the walls were so thin we could hear the neighbors sneeze next door. Every word of our conversations and theirs were heard between the units. Just FYI if you prefer quiet at night. It was just too small overall - the photos are nice but definitely make the space look larger than it is. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay again.

Great Location
The unit was in a great location and having a parking place was a big plus. It was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The description was exactly as stated. If you can't maneuver the narrow spiral staircase, then consider a different booking. We were very pleased.

Cute!
This loft was in prime location, and very clean. The bed upstairs was comfortable. There was a plumbing issue within the building on our last night, but the situation was quickly handled by management and we were relocated.
Things to note: the loft is extremely small. Listing is accurate but did not realize how small it was until we walked inside. The spiral staircase steps are very narrow. Bathroom is so small that taking a shower was a challenge.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Clean, micro-apartment in great location
Property was very clean, comfortable, easy to find and check-in. They even left us a welcome gift bag and bottle of wine! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the bathroom and shower are quite small and tight to navigate, even smaller than I was expecting from the pictures. My husband and I were able to make the space work because we spent the majority of our time our of the apartment and really only slept and got ready in the space. This apartment would be ideal for 1 person staying, or 2 people if you don't plan on being there long. Would absolutely stay with CHC properties again - communication and cleanliness were excellent.

Great Location! Easy Access! Awesome Customer Service!
The Property Management gave me excellent details on how to get there, where to park and how to access the property. They answer questions very quickly via the Vrbo app. The location of this rental is on point! You can walk to a lot of the major attractions, shops and restaurants. Uber/Lyft is easy to order for all the rest or if you don't want to walk that much. The rental was clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend!

The pictures of this property accurately display the property. It is very small, but very cozy! It is fairly close to everything, but a good mile to a mile and a half walk to the market place in the historic district!

Such a great place! Amenities were perfect! Very thoughtful set up. Clean, bed was incredibly comfortable. Loved that whoever set up the room had the air on and lights to really showcase and give a wow factor when I walked in. Thank you for making my stay wonderful! Also great location near downtown! Very quaint and relaxing
We came for a birthday trip for my wife and it was awesome! Loved the location and very cozy. Being a taller guy, the bathroom was manageable. Would definitely stay with one of their properties again.
