The property is in disrepair, our room in particular, the tv remote control was being held together with tape, the clothes rack was hanging on by a thread. The lamps all had problems with the knobs. The bathroom outlet had a hole above it. The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, last but not least our comforter had a huge tear in it and a fresh stain. ( not sure what) it was disgusting. Asked for another cover, they were unable to provide one, because the front desk does not have access...

At first I was upset of wifi not covering my room and then I reported to reception talked to manager. Then they got me a better room. I found it amazing in total especially its breakfast. I appreciate the hotel manager and the receptionist. They are great in their job.

Clean room with good breakfast

The front desk staff was extremely helpful, pleasant and patient. Frances was able to help deal with an issue in a pleasant and cordial manner and it set the tone for the rest of the stay.

Very unique concept. Works perfectly. Modern unique rooms. Location is perfection: 15/30 minute walks to all the major museums/The Mall/ White House/Capital/Library of Congress/US Archives.

Very nice hotel, with a clean and spacious room, a decent breakfast, and a great location close to all the major attractions in Washington. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice room. Comfortable bed great location

Check in was very fast and easy, they accommodated us with an early check in. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms and hotel.

Great place to stay.

We stayed for 4 nights. We'll located hotel, short walk to the metro train to get to the airport and into DC. Large room, we'll kept and comfortable king size bed. Great staff, friendly and attentive.

Located right on Metro at Union Station. Easy walk to downtown, Capital mall and Capital One arena. Safe area.

Very friendly staff

This place is exceptional, on all accounts. I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved the funky vibe and cool, functional room. It was perfect for 1 or 2 travellers. Area is a little sketchy - fine during day but night might be a little iffy alone.

It was a good property. Staff was friendly, good amenities, lots of parking and a good location. There could be some slight maitennace done in the bathroom in our room but overall would stay there again.

I prefer small, unique and historic accommodations in the downtown core. This place was really well placed for the conference I attended, had a park across the road and many excellent food, bakery and cafe options within a 10 min walk. Love it.

Excellent
