« Great spot in River North. The unit is well appointed with three bedrooms, two full baths, a private kitchen, and a tv room downstairs. The owner generously accommodated an early check-in but forgot to provide the second security code. « I used to live in Chicago and have a short term rental in Ohio myself. This place is legit. This property is in the best location close to beach restaurants and bars. Perfect for college reunion. Rooftop was awesome place for us to catch up over coffee and plan the day. The kitchen has everything we needed. Speakers throughout was a nice touch. I can’t be more complementary of the hosts responsiveness and helpfulness. We would definitely stay here again. »

« The neighborhood was just ok. Not a place i wanted to walk around at night alone. Overall though, the place was great!!!! We rented both and it was the perfect amoint of space for the whole family! Has a garage but was too small for both of our cars. Parking passes were nowhere to be found. Host responded quickly at first but after awhile there was no response at all. « Apartment was as shown on Vrbo website - comfortable and clean. Good location, easy access and nearby parking. Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms modern and good towels and bed linens. Only modest issue is that the heating system is really quite loud when on. »

« Matt & Wendy always got back to any questions I had within minutes! The two units were great, but there were some differences. I had 4 friends (one bedroom each) and we used the, what we called, "main" unit as a gathering place to have food/drinks. « We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos online—no surprises, just as advertised.
