'22 New Build/ Close to Lake/ free coffee bar/ wifi

Wonderful New build '22 June close to Lake Conroe. Spacious bedrooms with own TV. Master bedroom on the 1st floor of the house other two bedrooms on second floor, kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry room. Close to public boat access and park and Marina. We occasionally live in the home but will be at our other lake house a few miles away during your stay so we can easily help you in anyway.

The home has two master bedrooms with king beds. One on the first floor and one on the second.


Additional notes: No parties $250 fine and immediate forfeiture of your reservation. Must register all guests. Quiet hours after 10pm. No pets, Early check in/ Late check out available per request. $20 hour. Please let us know in advance.

We live in the home meaning our closets have clothes in them and our fridge has food in it. If this makes you uncomfortable then do not use them. You are welcome to eat the food in the fridge and use the condiments if you are comfortable.
